Natural multifloral honey
Description
Natural multifloral honey has a pleasant, multi-layered flavor — usually mildly floral with sweet and slightly fruity notes — and a clear to amber color with a thick, sticky-cream consistency that may naturally crystallize over time. As a product mainly composed of fructose and glucose, it provides quick energy; it also contains trace amounts of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants, which contribute to its antibacterial properties, soothing throat irritations, and supporting immunity. In the kitchen, it works well as a versatile sweetener for tea, yogurt, muesli, sauces, marinades, glazes for meats, and baked goods, pairing excellently with cheeses and fruits. Store it in an airtight, preferably glass jar, in a dry, dark place at room temperature; avoiding exposure to light and high temperatures will preserve its aroma, and any crystallization can be restored by gently warming it in a water bath.
