Full-fat coconut milk is a thick, creamy, white liquid with a distinct sweet aroma of coconut and a satin-like consistency that enriches dishes with depth of flavor. It comes from the flesh of the coconut and is characterized by a high fat content, mainly saturated fatty acids (including medium-chain triglycerides, MCTs), low protein content, and a moderate amount of carbohydrates and minerals such as manganese, copper, and iron. Due to MCTs, it can provide quick energy and increase feelings of fullness; however, it should be consumed in moderation due to its calorie content and saturated fat levels. The product is naturally lactose-free and suitable for plant-based diets. In the kitchen, full-fat coconut milk pairs perfectly with curries, cream soups, sauces, desserts, smoothies, baked goods, and coffee drinks, adding creaminess and an exotic aroma. It can be stored in a dry, cool place before opening; after opening, transfer it to an airtight glass container, keep it in the refrigerator, and use it within 3–5 days.
