Description
30% whipping cream is a creamy, smooth product with a slightly sweet, milky taste and a light cream color, which creates a fluffy, stable foam when whipped. It contains about 30% fat, providing concentrated energy (about 300 kcal/100 g) and fat-soluble vitamins such as A and D; in moderate amounts, it helps with the feeling of fullness, but due to its calorie content, it should be used in moderation. It pairs well with desserts, cakes and creams, coffee, cream sauces, creamy soups, and dishes that benefit from a velvety texture and flavor. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–6°C, use within 2–3 days after opening, shake well before use, and chill the bowl and beaters before whipping; freezing may worsen the texture after thawing.
