Preparation steps
Knead the dough, roll it out, and transfer it to the mold.
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or blender.
Mix with sugar, eggs, cream, and vanilla sugar.
Pour the cheese mixture onto the bottom.
Bake for 60 minutes at 170°C.
Leave to cool in the oven.
