Preparation steps

Prepare the bolognese sauce: sauté the onion, carrot, and celery.

Add the meat and sauté until translucent.

Pour in the passata, cook for 30 minutes.

Prepare the béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, pour in the milk.

Cook, stirring until thickened.

In a baking dish, layer: bolognese sauce, lasagna sheets, béchamel, cheese.
