- Sugar 30 g
- 10% spirit vinegar 250 ml
- Water 250 ml

Preparation steps
In a large pot, bring water to a boil with vinegar, sugar, salt, allspice, bay leaf, and pepper. Stir until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
Add the mushrooms to the boiling brine and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender but not overcooked.
Place one clove of garlic in each sterilized jar, then fill them with mushrooms and the brine. Seal tightly and set aside to cool.
