Description

Classic British shepherd's pie - minced lamb under fluffy mashed potatoes. The base consists of aromatic ragù with vegetables, peas, and Worcestershire sauce. The top of the gratin mashed potatoes forms a golden crust. Comfort food at its best - warming, hearty, and full of homey warmth. In the beef version, it is known as Cottage Pie.

  • Beef broth 200 ml

Dice the onion and carrot finely.
