Description
Whipped cream 30% has a creamy, fluffy consistency with a snow-white color and a delicate, slightly sweet, milky taste that enhances dishes without overpowering other flavors. Due to its fat content (about 30%), it whips well, creating a stable foam and a velvety texture. The product provides concentrated energy, saturated and monounsaturated fats, and fat-soluble vitamins, especially A and D, as well as small amounts of protein and calcium; in moderate amounts, it aids in the absorption of vitamins and adds satiety. It is used for desserts, cakes, creams, coffee, sauces, and cream soups, as well as a decoration for fruits and cakes; it pairs well with chocolate, fruits, and alcohol. Store chilled at a temperature of 0–4°C, in a tightly sealed container, and use within 24–48 hours after whipping; do not freeze after whipping, and chill before use for best stability.
