Cukier biały drobny
Description
Granulated white sugar consists of pure, white crystals with a fine texture and a neutral, intensely sweet taste that dissolves quickly, adding sweetness without altering the flavor of dishes. Chemically, it is primarily sucrose; 100 g provides about 387 kcal and contains virtually no protein, fat, vitamins, or minerals, so its "benefit" lies mainly in being a quick source of energy. It should be used in moderation due to the risk of tooth decay, weight gain, and metabolic disorders with excessive consumption. Granulated sugar works excellently in baking, creams, icings, desserts, for sweetening beverages, and in preparing syrups, jams, and caramelizing. Store it in an airtight, dry container, in a cool and dark place, away from strong odors; avoid moisture that causes clumping, and do not refrigerate to prevent condensation.
