Gnocchi ziemniaczane (gotowe)

🌱 Vegetarian

Description

Potato gnocchi (ready-made) are soft, slightly elastic dumplings with a delicate potato flavor and a subtle, neutral aroma, often featuring characteristic grooves that give them an appetizing appearance. As a product made from potatoes and flour, they are primarily a source of carbohydrates that provide quick energy, contain a moderate amount of protein, little fat, and certain amounts of potassium and B vitamins; it is worth paying attention to the salt and additives content in ready-made products. Gnocchi pair perfectly with tomato sauces, butter and sage, pesto, thick creamy sauces, baked in casseroles or sautéed for crispiness, as well as served as an addition to soups. Store ready-made gnocchi according to the label: fresh, chilled packaged ones should be kept in the refrigerator and used within a few days, they can also be frozen (best spread out on a tray, then in an airtight container) for 1–2 months; dried gnocchi should be stored in a dry, cool place. After cooking, it is best to consume them immediately, or store briefly in the refrigerator.
