Description

Dried mushroom mix is an aromatic blend of various species, usually porcini, bay boletes, and chanterelles, with an intense, earthy umami flavor and a dark brown, wrinkled texture. After soaking, they regain a meaty texture and a deep bouquet of forest notes that enrich dishes with a complex, lasting aroma.
