Description
Full-fat natural yogurt has a creamy, smooth consistency and a mildly tangy, slightly buttery flavor, with a white or creamy color. It is rich in protein, milk fats, calcium, and B vitamins, and thanks to the presence of live bacterial cultures, it supports gut microbiota, digestion, and the feeling of fullness, contributing to bone health and overall immunity. In the kitchen, it is versatile — as a base for sauces, dips, dressings, and marinades, an addition to muesli, smoothies, or desserts, as well as an ingredient in light soups and cakes.
