Mąka pszenna typ 450 lub 500
Description
Wheat flour type 450 or 500 is a finely milled, light powder with a neutral, slightly grainy aroma and a delicate, almost silky texture. It mainly contains carbohydrates (starch), a moderate amount of protein (gluten), small amounts of fat, and trace amounts of B vitamins and minerals; it usually has a low fiber content and is sometimes enriched with iron and folic acid. Due to its good digestibility and gluten properties, it is suitable for light baked goods, although people with gluten intolerance should avoid it, and it is advisable to balance it in the diet with whole grain products. In the kitchen, it is excellent for sponge cakes, pastries, pancakes, thin yeast dough, sauces, and breading, where a delicate texture is desired. It should be stored in a dry, cool place in a tightly sealed package, away from odors and moisture; in the refrigerator or freezer, it retains freshness and protects against pests, extending its shelf life to several months.
