Rapeseed oil for greasing

🌱 Vegetarian 🌿 Vegan

Description

Rapeseed oil for spreading is a light, golden-yellow oil with a mild, almost neutral taste and a smooth consistency that spreads easily on bread, molds, and vegetables, without overpowering other ingredients. With a subtle nutty note, it is suitable for directly spreading on toast and croutons, as well as for preparing spreads, marinades, or light sauces, and for greasing baking sheets and pans before baking and frying. Nutritionally, it is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and has a heart-friendly omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, as well as vitamin E with antioxidant properties; when used in moderation, it helps lower "bad" cholesterol levels. It should be stored in a sealed container, away from light and heat sources; keeping it in a cool, dry place prolongs freshness, and after cooling, natural cloudiness does not affect quality.
