Polędwiczka wieprzowa
Description
Pork tenderloin is the most delicate, cylindrical piece of meat with a light pink color and tender fibers, with a small amount of fat and a thin membrane. It has a subtle, slightly sweet flavor that absorbs spices and sauces well, making it a popular choice for its tenderness and elegant texture. It is a source of high-quality protein and B vitamins (especially B1 and B6) as well as minerals such as iron and zinc, with a relatively low fat content, which supports muscle recovery and a balanced diet. It is best when quickly sautéed or roasted whole, in medallions, in sauces, with fruits, mustard, or herbs. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1–2 days or freeze tightly for several months; thaw in the refrigerator and cook immediately.
