Description
30–36% cream is a thick, creamy product with a light beige color and silky texture, providing a full, buttery flavor with a delicate sweetness. Due to its high fat content, it binds flavors well in dishes and creates a stable foam when whipped, especially in versions closer to 36%. It is a calorie-dense source of energy and saturated fats, supplying fat-soluble vitamins, primarily A and D, as well as small amounts of calcium; when consumed in moderation, it enriches the diet with smooth, filling ingredients. In the kitchen, it works great in sauces, cream soups, desserts, for whipping as a decoration, in coffee, and when preparing ice creams or pasta sauces. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–4°C in its original packaging, use within 3–5 days after opening; avoid boiling rapidly to prevent curdling.
