Description

Parma ham (prosciutto) is thinly sliced, translucent pieces with a pink hue interspersed with delicate strands of white fat. It has a subtle, slightly salty and sweet-nutty flavor with an intense, aging aroma and a soft, almost melting texture that perfectly releases its taste when bitten into.
