Preparation steps
Mix with the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Knead the dough for dumplings from flour, water, and salt.
Roll out thinly and cut out circles.
Place filling on each circle and seal the edges.
Cook in batches in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
Sauté the onion in butter.
Serve the dumplings with onions and sour cream.
