Description

Ghee (clarified butter) is a golden, clear fat with a delicate, slightly nutty aroma and a smooth, almost creamy consistency at room temperature. Its flavor is more intense than regular butter, with a hint of caramel, making it a versatile addition to both savory and sweet dishes.
