Description
Greek yogurt 10% is a thick, creamy product with a velvety texture and a light cream color. It has a mildly sour, full flavor with a distinct richness that gives it a rich, satisfying note in the mouth. Nutritionally, it is a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamin B12, and contains probiotic cultures beneficial for gut flora; the 10% fat content increases calorie density, improves the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and prolongs the feeling of fullness.
