Description
30% cream is a smooth, velvety product with a full, slightly sweet, milky flavor and a creamy, snow-white color. With a fat content of around 30%, it has a rich, silky texture that adds thickness and subtle sweetness to dishes. It is a calorie-dense source of energy and saturated fats, while also providing fat-soluble vitamins, mainly A and D, supporting the absorption of certain nutrients and ensuring satiety.
