Preparation steps
Add the peeled onion, washed vegetables, and spices.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours, skimming off the foam.
Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth.
Strain the broth through cheesecloth or a sieve.
Cook the pasta separately and add it to the bowl with the broth.
Serve with sliced meat and vegetables.
