Description

Wheat flour type 450 is a finely ground, light, almost white powder with a delicate, neutral taste and silky texture that gives baked goods lightness and a subtle, soft crumb. Due to its low protein and gluten content, baked goods become more crumbly and delicate than when using bread flours.
