Description
Quesadilla is a popular Mexican snack consisting of a tortilla filled with cheese and various toppings, then grilled to a golden brown. In this version, juicy, seasoned beef combines with melting cheese, peppers, and aromatic onion. The secret to the perfect quesadilla is the right temperature - the pan must be hot enough for the cheese to melt, but not so hot that the tortilla burns. Crispy on the outside, with gooey cheese strings on the inside - it's the perfect snack for any occasion, from a quick lunch to party finger food.

Place the tortilla on a dry skillet. On one half, layer cheese, meat with vegetables, and more cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Tips
Quesadilla is best served on ceramic plates, at room temperature or slightly warm. It pairs perfectly with toppings such as guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. You can garnish it with fresh cilantro or lime slices.
Store leftover quesadillas in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them, where they will be good for about 1 month. It's best to reheat them in a skillet to regain their crispiness.
