Preparation steps
Mix the flour with 150ml of water, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth dough forms.
Add the cabbage, ginger, and shrimp to the batter, and mix.
On a heated skillet, place the slices of bacon.
We place the dough on the bacon, shaping it into a round patty, and fry for 5 minutes.
We flip the pancake and fry for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce, draw a grid with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with chives and crushed nori, serve hot.
