Preparation steps

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes until they become soft and pliable. Drain.

Prepare the sauce: mix fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Set aside.

Cut the tofu into cubes and sauté in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
