Preparation steps
Chop the spinach, onion, chives, and dill. Mix in a large bowl.
Crumble the feta into the spinach. Add the eggs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Melt the butter and mix it with the oil. Grease a 30x40cm baking tray.
Layer the filo sheets, brushing each one with the butter mixture. Use half of the sheets for the bottom.
Spread the spinach filling evenly. Cover with the remaining filo sheets, brushing each one.
Score the top into squares with a knife. Drizzle with the remaining butter. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes until golden.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
