Preparation steps
Finely chop the onion, sauté until soft, then let it cool.
Mix the meats with the egg, soaked bread, onion, and nutmeg.
We form small balls (about 3cm in diameter).
Fry the meatballs in batches in butter for 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of flour and sauté for 1 minute.
We pour in the broth, mix, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream, season, add the meatballs, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with lingonberry jam and puree.
